To celebrate the 20th anniversary of thehigh-performance metal analog watch EDIFICE, CASIO has teamed up with HondaRacing to create the limited edition ECB-10HR watch. Both Honda, which powersthe Scuderia Alpha Tauri F1 team, and EDIFICE are Japanese brands, and theyhave been collaborating since 2018, with this being the third collaboration.The limited edition watches released during these collaborations have receivedhigh praise.
The ECB-10HR, developed with a Bluetooth smartlink module, features the distinctive red and black color scheme of the HondaF1 team's uniform. The gold accents on the dial and hands, as well as the redhighlight on the bezel at the 20-mark, celebrate the 20th anniversary ofEDIFICE. The carbon fiber dial and bezel also feature the Honda logo. Thegenuine leather strap is designed in Honda's brand color, red.
Equipped with Bluetooth® Low Energytechnology, it connects to smartphones, offering automatic time updates,personal schedule management, and automatic time zone adjustment. Itsynchronizes the local time of the smartphone to the watch, ensuring precisetimekeeping at all times. For managing schedules and adapting to global raceevents, the watch includes "Log Timing" and "Auto Time ZoneAdjustment" features. "Log Timing" connects with the calendarschedule on the paired smartphone and displays the remaining or ending time ofongoing events. "Auto Time Zone Adjustment" is especially useful forteam members during world-class tours that involve crossing time zones.
